Eighteen months in American white oak. A patient bottle. Drink it the way you would drink a good whiskey: alone, sitting down, with no rush. The agave is still there underneath the oak — you have to slow down to find it.

NOSE : Roasted agave, oak, dried fruit, honey.
PALATE : Full, layered, oak and agave in balance.
FINISH : Long, warm, dry.

Agave: 100% Blue Weber

Distillation: Copper still, double-distilled

Aging: 18 months, American white oak

ABV: 40%/80 proof

Best for: Neat, sipping.
