Made from fully mature Blue Weber Agave, slow-cooked in the stone hornos at Hacienda de Reyes, and double-distilled on copper stills the Reyes family has been working for years. Drink it cold. Drink it neat. Drink it in a margarita that tastes like a margarita. It will not flatter you. It will tell you the truth.

NOSE : Cooked Agave, Citrus Peel, White Pepper.

The agave with nine months on it.

Rested nine months in virgin American white oak with a #4 char. Made from the same fully mature Blue Weber as the Blanco, slow-cooked in the hornos at the hacienda, double-distilled on copper. The oak does what oak does — rounds the edges, pulls vanilla and caramel forward, leaves the agave still in the room. A Reposado that tastes like a Reposado.

NOSE : Cooked agave, vanilla, light caramel, oak smoke.
PALATE : Round, balanced, the agave still leading. Soft heat.
FINISH : Medium. Warm. The oak last.

Eighteen months in American white oak. A patient bottle. Drink it the way you would drink a good whiskey: alone, sitting down, with no rush. The agave is still there underneath the oak — you have to slow down to find it.
