Jalisco Julep
The julep recast in agave country.
Ingredients
2 oz Dano's Dangerous Añejo Tequila
1/2 oz mint syrup
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Method
Gently press mint leaves against the inside of a julep cup.
Add tequila and mint syrup. Pack with crushed ice.
Churn with a bar spoon until the cup is frosted. Top with more crushed ice.
