Bloody Maria

The Bloody Mary's smarter cousin. Reposado, not vodka.

2 oz Dano's Dangerous Reposado Tequila

6 oz tomato juice

1/2 oz olive juice

2 dashes horseradish

2 dashes Cholula

Pinch of salt and black pepper

Build all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Roll back and forth between two tins to mix without bruising.

Strain over fresh ice in a spicy-salt-rimmed glass.
